About
I’m Alice, an integrative counsellor offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore life’s challenges.
I draw on different approaches in my counselling work, allowing me to tailor our sessions to your individual needs. I believe in working together, collaboratively, helping you develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion and resilience. Together we can find the tools you need to support meaningful change in your life.
Alongside my private practice, I am also a counsellor with Wellbeing in the Arts providing therapy to people working in the arts industry.

Everyone experiences difficult periods in life. Counselling offers a confidential space to feel heard, explore your thoughts and understand your emotions.
Counselling and therapy can offer the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, explore who you are, and consider how you might live your life more fully and authentically.
I can provide support for a range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem, relationship problems and work stress.
I offer in person or online counselling, depending on what suits you best.
